Construction Clinic Live

Before you book, the honest answers

The questions people email us before registering. If yours is not here, ask it — we answer everything.

How much does it cost to attend?

Nothing. Construction Clinic Live is free, and there is no upsell during the session. Register once and your place is held.

How do I join on the night?

It runs online. We email your joining link a few days before the session and send a reminder on the day, so nothing needs installing in advance beyond a browser.

Do I have to appear on camera?

No. Attendees join with camera and microphone off by default. Questions are asked in writing unless you choose to unmute.

Can I ask a question anonymously?

Yes. Submit it in advance through the session page and we will answer it without naming you. Questions submitted early are answered first.

What if I cannot make the date?

Register anyway. We send a short written summary of the answers afterwards, and you will be first to hear about the next quarterly session.

Is this a sales pitch for a building company?

No. The Clinic was founded by HXL Construction, but no building work is sold during the session and no attendee is contacted about a build.

I am already mid-project and worried. Is it too late?

Not at all. Roughly half of every room is already on site. Variations, payment requests and delays are among the most common questions we take.

Do I need to be a portal member?

No. The webinars and the Clinic account are free. Use the account if you want to keep your decisions, checks and next steps together between sessions.

Is it recorded?

The talks may be recorded for people who could not attend. The Q&A is not published, so questions stay in the room.

How long does it last?

Ninety minutes, ending on time. Most of the second half is Q&A.
